"A modern looking apartment with good size rooms. Everything we needed. Very close to train station with easy links to the likes of Cannes and Monaco. Tram stop nearby which we used to go down to the old town but not too far to walk either. Plenty of great restaurants 15 min walk away. Main thoroughfare is a minute away from the street it’s on. Great city and fantastic views on the seafront."

"Unfortunately two of us got food poisoning ( make sure you ask for duck to be well done) so we didn’t get to go out as much as we wanted. There was a heatwave so the air on in the apartment was an absolute godsend"

"It is in a very good position. The apartment is wonderful: big rooms 2 bathrooms all conforts also in The kitchen. And The host is really very nice. She helped is fir every requests"

"Very convenient location within easy walking distance to the train station and trams. Bathrooms have both recently been upgraded with walk in showers which are excellent The host was very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted a problem with the hot water supply. Kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of coffee mugs The bedrooms are both of good size with plenty of clothes storage The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable although king size. The apartment is on the second floor so would not be suitable for anyone disabled . Brilliant boulangerie only 3 minutes walk away, other shops very close."

"The street outside can be noisy at night and the curtains in the bedrooms aren’t wide enough to exclude the light"

"Perfect location, close to both the train station and also to shops, restaurants and the seafront. The apartment is quiet and very comfortable, and Nice was on our doorstep. We were also able to visit other towns in the area with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will come again!"

"Very good location, close to Nice Ville railway station and/or to tram to old city (but you can walk w/ no problem as well) or airport (with change of line). Very nice host, prompt communication and all worked as agreed. Well furnitured flat, all what you need for your stay to be very good experience of Nice. We stayed three days and it was perfect. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby."

"Slight improvement in the bathroom (shower) would further improve overall great experience. Providing second pair of keys would be also a good idea. If you coming by car, stopping at the street in front of the appartment is challenging (you are blocking traffic on narrow two way street) with lot of honking from other drivers. As there was almost impossible to find a parking place on the street nearby especially with bigger car - you need to use the parking lot recommended by the host. It is manageable but you need to count with it."
